About the challenge
Hello All! This is a beginner friendly, research based hackathon where students will recieve support to pursue a short, small-scale project over the course of a weekend. Afterwards, students will submit their code, video, and a short writeup about their project and experience.
Get started
All communications will be hosted through Devpost, email, and Discord. For now, simply brainstorm ideas for the competition. All work will occur during the Feb 24-26 weekend.
Requirements
What to Build
1. Code with comments
2. Short write-up on the project in IMRaD format (Introduction, Materials/Methods, Results, and Discussion)
3. A short video explaining the project
What to Submit
1. Links to GitHub or Colab notebook code
2. Document of scientific write-up
3. Link to Youtube video of the project explanation

1st Place
First prize overall on the basis of judging criteria.

Second prize overall on the basis of judging criteria.

Third prize overall on the basis of judging criteria.
